When refunding orders, we must first refund to the payment method used for the original transaction. If your bank or credit account is closed, we recommend you contact your financial institution for assistance in locating the funds. In the event that your refund is rejected by the financial institution, we will be able to issue a check. Please note a rejection or return of funds from a closed account may take 10 business days or more to show on the merchant side. Note: if your card number has changed but the account is the same, the refund will still correctly route to your account.
