Can I sell my tickets back to you?
Front Gate Tickets is not able to “buy back” sold inventory, however you may be able to utilize our official resale options for a secure and easy way to sell your tickets to other fans.
What is Resale?
Resale is the option to safely list and sell tickets on your order via our official resale partners for select events and shows.
How do I know if resale is available for my event?
To check if resale is available, log into your account via your event website’s purchase page and view your order in your order history. If your tickets qualify for resale, you will see a “List for Resale” button within your account.
You can also go to https://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/ directly to search for your event name.
Your event may also have other official resale partners available. We recommend checking your event website and FAQ to see if other official resale platforms are available.

Where are my tickets/What happens if my tickets don’t sell?
If you list your tickets/wristbands via the official Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange BEFORE your order ships, your tickets/wristbands will not be mailed to you while they are in a “Listed” status. Any wristbands not sold prior to the event will be available at will call for box office pick up.
If you list your tickets AFTER your order ships, your wristbands will be valid for use until they resell. If they resell on the official exchange, they will automatically be deactivated and invalid for use at the festival. If you decide to use your unsold wristbands, please go to your online listing and de-list your order. This will remove the listed/locked status from your wristbands.
*Note: the above only applies to orders listed/sold via the Official Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange
How do I transfer tickets?
Unfortunately, for your account security, we are not able to transfer tickets between multiple parties nor are we able to support any unofficial third-party sales. However, once you have received your tickets, you are welcome to pass them on to anyone who wishes to use them. Please note you should always review your specific event’s name and ID policy as some events may have additional rules regarding use of tickets.
I bought tickets via the Official Ticket Exchange or other official resale platform and need help with my order.
Once your order has processed via official resale, you should receive an FGT order number that you can use to contact our support team for any assistance with your order. Please note there may be a small delay between your order being purchased via resale and finalized in our system. If you don’t have an order number, we may be able to assist using your other order information, simply fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you.
I bought tickets via a third party not associated with the Official Ticket Exchange, can you verify my order?
Unfortunately, for account security, we cannot release order information for orders you did not purchase directly via Front Gate Tickets, nor can we verify the validity of third-party tickets. If you have concerns about purchasing resale tickets, we recommend only using verified vendors for your event such as Front Gate Tickets or our official resale partners.
I’m having issues posting my tickets for resale
If you’re having issues listing your tickets, please contact support for your chosen resale partner. Unfortunately, Front Gate Tickets support cannot assist with issues relating to other platforms.
