In order to reset your password, you must first visit your purchase account's website. For instance, Austin City Limits Music Festival links are https://aclfest-weekend1.frontgatetickets.com/ for ACL Weekend One and https://aclfest-weekend2.frontgatetickets.com/ for ACL Weekend Two. Please note, updating your account password will update the account for all FGT event purchase logins.

An easy way to locate your purchase account's website is to visit the festival/event page and click on a purchase/buy link.

Once at your purchase account website, look for the Sign-in button. After selecting Sign-in, please select the Forgot Password button. You will be prompted to enter your login email, and you will be sent a reset your password email to your login email address. Please follow the directions in the email to reset your password. If you have not received a password email, please check your spam or junk folders.

Please note if you logged in via Facebook, you will need to edit any login details via your Facebook account directly.
