Step 1: First, visit your event/venue purchase account page where you purchased your tickets

Step 2: Once at your purchase account website, look for the “Manage Order” button

Step 3: Enter your email address, 10-digit order number, and the telephone number listed on the order.

Step 4: Click on “Look Up” and review your order.
