For most festivals, print passes are not delivered until approximately one week prior to the actual event. As soon as your print pass is ready, it will be delivered to the email address on your order. Once your digital tickets are available, you can resend them to your email address directly from your account. If you still have not received your pass within 72 hours of your event, or you need assistance, please Contact Us.
