Will Call is an alternate delivery method for when items cannot be mailed. It is also available for patrons booking outside of the country in which the event will take place since many events cannot ship internationally.

If you have an order “at will call” you will be able to pick up your ticket(s) upon arrival to the event on the day of the show or during festival box office hours.

You will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID, and the order receipt or card used to purchase to the event box office to pick up your order.
