If someone else will pick up your tickets at Will Call, you may be able to add one Alternate Will Call Name to your order, depending on the event organizer’s policies. If alternate pickup isn’t supported, the original purchaser must pick up tickets with their ID. For layaway orders, all payments must be completed before pickup.
