Please note, Secure Ticket™ was only available for qualifying purchases made after 3/14/2015.

Additional Info:
  • Secure Ticket™ must be purchased during the initial purchase. You cannot add Secure Ticket™ to an existing order. No exceptions.
  • Secure Ticket™ is nonrefundable. No exceptions.
  • If you are participating in a Layaway Plan, you will pay for Secure Ticket™ in your initial payment.
  • Secure Ticket™ is not offered for all events or festivals. If Secure Ticket™ is available for your event, you will be given the option to add it to your order during checkout.
  • Secure Ticket™ does not guarantee a refund. You must file a refund request and you will be notified if your refund request is approved once the review is complete.
  • Please do not contact Front Gate Tickets Customer Service for information on an existing refund request. Your assigned Secure Ticket™ Representative will assist you with any inquiries.
