How do I cancel or get a refund on my order?

Unfortunately, if an event is not cancelled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you.  All sales are final that are purchased through Front Gate Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Terms Of Use & Sale that you agreed to when purchasing the ticket. However, we do offer the flexibility to give your tickets to a friend so that they may use them at the event.

If you have an order for Will Call pickup, please contact us for information on updating the Will Call name. Some events have strict no Will Call name changes, but most events we can update. For expedited service, please provide your 8-digit order number, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase, and the updated name.

If you purchased Ticket Protection, please refer to your email confirmation receipt for instructions on how to submit a claim.
