If you are interested in upgrading your order, please contact customer support with your 8-digit Order Number and the last-4 digits of the card used for purchase so we may assist you further. 
Please note, you must be the Original Purchaser in order to request an upgrade.

Orders with mail delivery are typically shipped 2 - 4 weeks prior to the event. If you do not receive your order withing 48 hours of the event, please contact customer support for assistance.

We do not ship orders twice. Any orders not received by mail will require Will Call pickup. 

International Will Call is available for patrons booking outside of the country in which the event will take place. Will Call allows you to pick up your ticket(s) upon arrival to the event on the day of the show or during festival box office hours. You will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the order receipt or card used to purchase to the event box office to pick-up your order.​

If you have selected Digital Delivery for your order, your tickets will be sent directly to your email on file. Typically, these are sent the week of the event. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see your order. Please contact customer support if you have not received your ticket(s) within 48 hours of the event.

Where's my T-shirt/Merch?

Front Gate Tickets does not handle the fulfillment of merchandise. For assistance with t-shirt pre-orders and other merchandise packs, please contact the event directly at info@welcometorockvillefestival.com.

If you purchased a Hotel package, your merch and/or vouchers will be available at your hotel check-in.
