When should I put on my wristband?
A: We recommend waiting to put on your wristband until you are getting ready to attend the festival. Please make sure you register your wristband/pass under your information as soon as you receive it.
Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the event, as once you secure the clasp it will not re-open.
I put on my wristband too early OR I've damaged my wristband OR I've lost my registered Admission Pass. What can I do?
A: If you need to remove the wristband for health concerns, please cut the wristband cleanly off and retain it. Proceed to the box office with your photo ID, damaged wristband (if applicable), to inquire for a replacement. A fee may apply.
RBC Bluesfest reserves the right to limit reissuance at their discretion.

I cannot attend one of the days, can I share my pass?
A: Wristbands cannot be shared with other individuals. Card passes can be used by different people on different dates. No in/out re-entry privileges on any pass type.

Where is my wristband/pass ID located OR what do I enter to activate?
A: Wristband IDs are printed on the back of your wristband chip. The card pass ID is in the box labelled "Activation ID #" on the back of your pass.
