I need to update my shipping address. (Electric Forest)

You may have moved recently or would like your order shipped to a different address. You can now update your shipping address under your Electric Forest Purchase Account! This article will demonstrate how to update your shipping address on an order that is under your Order History. 

If you do not have your order in your Order History, please update your address using the Manage Order Feature which requires you to enter your 8-digit order number, email address listed on the order, and the telephone number listed on the order. The Manage Order Feature is in the top-middle of your purchase account website, next to the Sign In button on a desktop, and is the third option on the menu on mobile.

Step 1: First, visit your Electric Forest Purchase Account website, and login. If you have orders for both weekends, you will need to update your account at both links. 
We recommend bookmarking your site for future easy-access!

Step 2: Once at your purchase account website, look for the Sign In button, and sign-in. 
The Sign In box will appear. Next, enter your log-in information and log-in. If you logged in through Facebook during your purchase, please continue to log-in through Facebook.
If you forgot your password, select the Forgot Password tab and send yourself a verification email.

Step 3: Next, find and select Your Account on the menu bar, then Order History.

Step 4: Now, locate the order you would like to update, and select View Order Detail.
Step 5: Scroll down, and on the bottom left you will see the Shipping Address. Select Edit next to the Shipping Address section.

Step 6: After selecting Edit, you may enter the new shipping address. After entering the new shipping address, select Save. You will receive green text confirming your update, as well as an email confirmation.
