My card was charged, but the order was declined.

If you have pending charges after receiving a decline, these charges will not finalize on your account. The reason you may have a pending charge for a declined attempt is because your financial institution pre-authorized the charge, but once they are notified that the charge was actually declined the pending charge(s) will be removed.

Please allow 1-3 days for any declined attempts to drop from your account. 

If you did not receive a receipt and an 8-digit order number after trying to process your order, you will need to try to purchase again based on availability.
