I haven't received my tickets in the mail yet.

Most tickets (not all) ship from our offices within 48 hours after purchase. All USPS mail orders will arrive in a white, unmarked envelope within 5-10 business days after the tickets have shipped.

Some events, such as festivals or fan club presales, have delayed shipping. Traditionally, festival orders ship about 4 weeks prior to the event. Please refer to your email receipt for estimated shipping dates. If you do not see an estimated shipping date on your receipt, or the estimated shipping date has passed, you may contact us and we will give you the latest update on shipping for your event.

Please contact us if you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours before the event. For fan club presale orders, please contact us at least 4 days before the show. For orders not received via mail, Will Call is the next delivery option. Thank you!

For expedited service, please include your order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase in your email.
